Beautifully furnished self-catering luxury one bed apartments with facilities for two to four persons. Finished in warm meditteranean Travertine with underfloor heating throughout.

The Apartments each comprise a fully fitted kitchen finished in Black Galaxy Granite with washer/dryer and dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, adjoining dining and living room area;

A 32"PlasmaTV/DVD/Sky/Freeview with Home Cinema, games/books/cards, IPOD docking and Broadband internet connection. The lounge has a twin settee and a sofa bed for additional guests.

The ground floor has disabled access, a walk in monsoon shower steam spa cabin with seat & radio. The first floor apartment has a a jacuzzi monsoon shower steam spa cabin with power shower over & radio.

it has a prime position at the end of a Cul de Sac with views over Tromode Village to the Countryside and benefits from a lovely mature garden with a swing bench and barbeque. A walk into central Douglas or the promenade takes 30 minutes, and is close to a regular bus route within 5 mins walk.

The apartments living area and bedroom is air conditioned giving an unsurpassed level of comfort. Fresh percale linen bedding, towels and to get your holiday off on the right foot a welcome pack is provided.

Set in a prime position only 5 minutes from the Sea terminal in Douglas and centrally located for all routes it is an ideal location from which to explore the hidden treasures that the Isle of Man has to offer.

The Promenade is approximately 25 minutes walk away. The Grandstand and TT course/ main routes are accessible within a couple of minutes drive. Bus routes, shops restaurants nearby.

Guests are requested to arrive at Beechwood Apartment after 3.00pm on the day of arrival and, to assist us in ensuring the apartment is ready for arrival of new guests, depart before 10.00am on the day of departure. Change over day April through September is Saturday and only weekly bookings are taken during this period.

If you are holidaying on foot then we are happy to arrange for a grocery list to be picked up and delivered fresh on the day in advance of your arrival. (As well as a supermarket shop this also includes fish and meat from our local fishmonger and butcher).
